My wife came up to me the other day with her ipad in hand and as she handed it to me, she asked if I saw anything that I liked. Well it was one of her favorite online shopping sites and had purses selected. She explained to me that I generally carry so many things in all of my clothes pockets that she thought I should consider carrying some sort of bag for it all. I considered, agreed, and picked a few. Turns out she ordered one and said it will be a good thing. Does anyone here carry something daily?

I do!
Since I wear skirts and dresses they have no or useless pockets. I have to have something to put all of my stuff in. I own two bags both shoulder bags that I wear cross body.

I have been carrying a handbag for 2 or 3 years. It is so much more comfortable and convenient as apposed to having my pockets stuffed with items. I had a large handbag originally but it only had 3 pockets and everything got lost when I was looking for something. I found a smaller one with 8 pockets and I am able to keep everything better organized. My wife sometimes calls it a "Murse", I call it a handbag or a purse.

Hugs,
Betty

Thank you Fran and Betty; seems we are in a minority. I present full male - 6'4" , 200 lbs, 67 yr old hetero. My wife thought I should consider a large bag because of my size. I chose a grey bag 14"X17"X6" with 5 exterior snap pockets, 10" drop handle, zipper closure at the top with 2 interior compartments and 3 pockets in one. I told my wife I was going to call it my "sissy bag" and my female name would be Sissy. Love to all. Enjoy the holiday season.

I would like to... but I’m too reluctant to push anything on my wife at this point in time.

VF, I totally understand. I feel extremely fortunate to have had my wife volunteer this to me. We are still waiting for the bag and I am so excited. I had hoped to have it for today's Dr. appointment to help carry all of my meds.

RobynD...thank you. Hopefully I will get others as my comfort level rises.

Happy holidays.
