I'm at the salon and picked out an OPI pink. Traci smiled and handed me OPI on Collins Ave. it is a orange/red color which is different for me. Crissy

Yves Saint Laurent Bleu Majorelle. A bright medium blue. My fingernails are the same color.

Nanciboy, It's good to see you getting a mani/pedi, you have always been an inspiration for us members who love nail polish. Crissy

I never stopped getting mani/pedis. Color on the mani the whole time but this is the first time in awhile that I've done color on the toes.
I have to get my nails done now, chemo has left my hands so unsteady I'd probably cut a finger or toe off if I tried to do them myself. :-) A couple of other things have changed: since I'm no longer working and typing all day causing the tips to chip, I only get a mani every two weeks. Also, I no longer have the energy to walk the five miles round trip to the salon I use, so I take the bus. At least I get the senior discount now. ;-)

At the salon a week early for me but I told my wife I needed some fun this afternoon. I have picked out OPI From A to Z-urich, a dark red. Sometimes you're just in the mood for a pedicure and a new color. Crissy

Wednesday is my nail day.
Pedicure yesterday.
Toes are 50/50 ILNP Peace/ILNP Wallflower, both holographic color shifting. The edge is decorated by a zig-zag pattern of small white dots.

So I have a question for all you out there ! Since it's been cold out I have been painting my toe nails again and my wife is so supportive about it , it absolutely wonderful ! We are going to Mexico soon , staying at a large resort.

My question is has anyone had any trouble with having painted toes at a Mexican resort ?

Chances are I'll just take it off for the week but part of me wants to have something on. Not thinking anything bright pink or orange but but maybe a light pink ? For the record my wife is on board with something on my toes.

Opinions ? Experiences ?

Screwloose, My thought is to go with the light pink polish. Your wife is supportive and you are on vacation so there really is no reason not to. My guess is most people will not even notice. Crissy
