Question to members who regularly polish their nails: Any recommendations for red, pink or pearl polishes with glitter? Please provide brand and color name and link if available. Open post or PM. Holidays are upon us. LOL Debbie

I love my glitter.
currently my fingers have a navy blue gel with a ombre of gun metal grey gel glitter at the tips. She dabs it on in two to three application

But if you want glitter and holographic type look at "I Love Nail Polish" http://www.ilnp.com

I did glitter a few years ago but gave it up. Too messy for my nail person to take off.
In any case, take a look at OPI's site. They usually have some glitter polishes.

It's because the glitter provides a barrier to the polish remover. Two ways around it.
(1) Use the method for gel nails. Place a small piece of cotton soaked in polish remover and then foil over your nails - use a 2 X 3 inch piece of foil to surround your finger tip and nail. Leave on for 10+ minutes. Heat too.
(2) Do what I now doing for glitter (I do it in gel). After I have my "base color" (this week its Dark Navy Blue) I have very light coat(s) of glitter at the tips - like an ombre.
